4. Your Workshop Customers' Data
When you use AutoHub to store data about your own customers (names, vehicles, service history), you are the data controller for that information. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis to store and process that data, and that you comply with your obligations under the Privacy Act 2020.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing — all bound by confidentiality agreements
- Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our legal rights
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred with appropriate notice
