1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the AutoHub platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your business, and agree to comply with all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

AutoHub is a cloud-based workshop management platform that provides automotive businesses with tools including:

• Customer and vehicle management
• Job card and workflow tracking
• Invoicing, quotations, and GST reporting
• Online booking and customer portal
• Website builder and template customisation
• Inventory management
• Staff and notification management

3. Account Registration

Each email address may only be registered once. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@kiwinova.tech of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or delete trial accounts that remain inactive for more than 60 days.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All prices include GST where applicable. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the AutoHub platform are the exclusive property of KiwiNova Limited. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about your customers has been collected with appropriate consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AutoHub to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, system maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, KiwiNova Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately without notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
